Christmas Celebrations at Bracken Leas

Spectacular Winter Artwork

If you are coming to school to watch a performance in the hall over the next two weeks or attended the FOBL Christmas Fayre on Friday look up.

Our beautiful Christmas hoops and artwork have been installed in the hall. These are an annual tradition at Bracken Leas and always look so festive. The theme this year is a ‘A world of winter artists’ and includes work in the style of Klimt, Picasso and Lowry to name a few.

Fundraising Friday

On Friday we supported Save The Children and Katharine House Hospice with our fundraising events with our Christmas Jumper Day and Santa Run.

Thank-you to everyone for your very generous donations, the children had a fantastic day in school raising £550 for these two charities.

Our FOBL Christmas Fayre

Our Friends of Bracken Leas Christmas Fayre was opened on Friday by Mrs Harwood and Father Christmas. This was part of a day of festivities which also included visits to the man himself.

A huge thank-you to the team who have worked incredibly hard to create such a fantastically festive event for our school, to 🎅🧝🧝‍♀️🧝 and to our Year 6 helpers for supporting the stalls.
