Curriculum Intent
At Bracken Leas Primary School we aim to develop a love of language and a greater awareness of other cultures. We want all pupils to develop the confidence to communicate in French in real-life situations, using spoken and written forms.
Implementation
Using the Kapow scheme of work, we use a variety of structured activities and fun games to encourage children to develop their ability to speak, read and write French. Year by year, pupils revisit & build on their knowledge and understanding of the French language.
