KS2 Author Visit – Matt Goodfellow

Acclaimed children’s poet, Matt Goodfellow, will be visiting our school and running one of his high energy and engaging poetry performance workshops for Years 4, 5 and 6. He will be holding an assembly for all KS2 children in the morning. This will support our work in school,
promote a love of poetry and hope it will prove a stimulating experience for the children.
He has published several inspirational collections of poems as well as the verse novels, ‘The Final Year’ and its sequel, ‘The First Year’ and there will be an opportunity for children to buy a book and have it dedicated to them and signed by Matt.
