Year 5 Trip to Sandwell Valley

Last Friday our Year 5 children went on a lovely visit to the RSPB Sandwell Valley reserve just outside Birmingham. Everyone had a wonderful time, identifying and collecting bugs and visiting the hides in the wetland area.

The staff and volunteers were so friendly and knowledgeable, showing obvious passion for their work. They remarked on how well behaved the children were, even allowing them to borrow their very expensive personal binoculars!
