EYFS Owl Visit

The children in EYFS are learning about ‘Amazing Animals’ from all around the world. Within this unit, we explore different animals and their habitats, their features and what makes them amazing.

During the week commencing 19^th January 2025, the children will be learning all about nocturnal animals and exploring the story Owl Babies by Martin Waddell.  On Monday 19^th January, we are extremely lucky to be having a visit from some real-life birds of prey including a white-faced owl and a barn owl. As part of this exciting experience the children will have close encounters with the owls in flight as well as learn about their incredible features.
