Mrs Messer’s Adventures in Tanzania

Over half term, at the end of October, Mrs Messer embarked on an epic adventure to climb Mount Kilimanjaro with two local friends. This undertaking was the culmination of almost two years of training which also included the London Moon Walk and a summit of Mount Snowdon. Her Tanzanian adventure included a trip to Maasai village and an invitation to visit a local school. You can find out more about both of these in the attached presentation. We are planning to build links with the school in future through a series of art projects. More on that in the future…

Mrs Messer delivered this presentation to the children at Bracken Leas earlier this week which gives a wonderful overview of her time there as well as many interesting facts about Tanzania.
